If you're in a boot loop you will need to factory reset or have it warrantied out. No other options.

Acer aspire is stuck in repair loop

From cold start, try F8 and if granted a choice to load as normal, choose that. If normal load succeeds, after Windows finishes loading, restart the computer. This should store a normal registry, i. e. one that does not direct you into a loop. I probably would subsequently use an sfc command but to avoid describing that I would simply suggest downloading Glary Utilities and going to the system repair menu item that will replace/repair system files. That takes a long time but then you know your system files are not corrupted. And I would reboot again, then.

But for you, here is a link that describes how to free yourself out of the endless loop if the above is of no help:

My computer keeps rebooting

Does it Boot or is it stuck in a boot loop cycle? Have you done ANY hardware or software, new OS?, updates/upgrades lately? Memory? Put in a new CMOS battery. Try reseating Memory Mods. Are the Fans, heatsink, vents clean? Open the BIOS setup, check Clock, set if necessary, Disable Auto Reboot. Remove ALL Media DVD,CD,USB devices, Printer cable, ect., Will it boot to Safe Mode? Take a look : http://searchenterprisedesktop.techtarget.com/Steps-for-solving-the-reboot-loop-problem May be a bad HDD? Remove and test, replace if necessary.
