Why does it keep showing a gray box in upper right corner of screen?

On a pc - sign into your account.
In the upper left corner, click on the Netflix red logo.
This will bring up a ribbon at the top and in the upper right corner you will have a drop down arrow to the right of the avatar (for me it was a box with a smiley face, it may be a picture or something else if you changed it...)
On the drop down - select 'Account'
The screen that follows will show Account at the top and then the next section is "Membership & Billing" on the left.
Under those words is a light gray box "Cancel Membership". Hope that helps.

How do you get rid of continue watching on Netflix?

1. Launch the Netflix app on your mobile device.
2. Once you're signed in, select the Cast icon in the upper or lower right corner of the screen.
3. Select the device you would like to watch your TV show or movie on.

It's most likely a desktop gadget. Follow this to get rid of it.

Had this problem also when I rebooted my Time Warner Cable box. Unplug everything from the wall including power strip and wait 60 seconds then plug back in and turn everything back on. Worked for me and havent had a problem since. Time Warner does not know what causes this yet.

The problem was with the cable box and not the television. We unplugged box - (we'd reset it before) and the "2" was gone.

You should be watching your dvd's on an input and not on tv analog 3. Every time the tv "senses" a signal change in the audio that screen will pop up. Connect the DVD player to the tv by using either the red, white and yellow (composite) connections or using the green, blue, red, white and red (component). Once you are on an actual input that box will stop popping up.

have the same problem and it is fixed! I laughed when I first read this but it does work! Take off your battery from the back of the camera, turn it over and give it a nice firm wack. Put battery back in and it WILL get rid of your error and work. I've tried the hair dryer before and it has worked but this time for me it did not.. It truly works... Hope your as happy as I was when it worked....
