Hi, I hope I can help you. If you're referring to the overhead fan above the oven, that fac is usually on a separate circuit. The oven itself is connected to a separate circuit breaker, hence, that is why the oven and light won't come on.
Check your circuit breaker box, and see what circuit has tripped. Check to see if there are any burn marks around the breaker before resetting it.
The reason the breakers may trip, is the breaker is old, may have the incorrect rating, or may be linked to other circuits, such that when too many items are all drawing power at once, it will trip the breaker.

Check if a overtemp fuse has beem avtivated. You will need a multimeter. Check for burned wires on function switch and thermostat. And check functionswitch for burn marks. Function switch = main switch

Fan and element not working

hi not sure if you've had a reply but when my zanussi main oven stopped working i just changed the element (purchased from e bay).
open oven door and the back you will see 4 screws(basically 4 corners) remove these screws and you will see the element, pretty straight forward to remove, obviously fan wont work until you have heat (hopefully fan ok) you can give this a go, cheaper than buying a new oven. i have done this twice. hope this helps.

Oven fan wont work

You need to determine if you are getting a mains feed to the fan motor, if not, then you need to trace the wires bcck to source and work from there,
If you are getting a 240 volt supply, then the new fan is faulty.
Hope this helps you.

Oven not heating

you could have lost one of your 120v leads to the machine. that could cause it to work only half way. go turn the breaker off and then turn it back on and see if that corrects the problem.
