If I put more then 2 pair of jeans it won't spin out. Is the censor gone or barrel off

A couple of ideas.
First, type in your model number to the web-site named: "SearsPartsDirect".
The schematics will show whether you have a drive belt on that model.
If there is, that belt may be slipping, or worn out.
Before you order a belt, consider this.
If the machine is not properly spinning out the water on the spin cycle, ( for example, if the belt were loose), then too much water may overload the machine causing your problem.

Putting the jeans individually inside each mesh bags may help. Also mix with other smaller non-light colored items would be better during washing.

I'M HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM IM DOING AN EXTRA HEAVY LOAD WITH 2 PAIR OF JEANS IN IT SO THAT IT RINGS OUT COMPLETELY.

I HAVE HAD THE PLASTIC AGITATOR PIECE REPLACED SEVERAL TIMES.

THIS IS THE WORSE WASHING MACHINE I'VE EVER HAD. I WILL NEVER BY WHIRLPOOL AGAIN.

PLUS THE DRYER IS TERRIBLE TOO!!!!

I assume that the shipping screws were removed before using.
If they were, then make sure washer is level at all points.
The load you refer too, could well have gone out of balance, and this could cause it to move..
If noise still persists, then I would call them back again.

Call a technician and have them check the bushing and bearing of your motor. That means when your carrying heavy loads, the shafting of your motor is not able to allign, let them check it and put some lubricant if possible

from the description you are giving, i would guess that: 1. the "coin-catcher" ahead of the pump is plugged. 2. the tub is overloaded. 3. the loads are heavy, bulky [ blankets, jeans, towels]. when a load is too big or it is all very absorbent materials, the machine tries to balance the load before it goes into a final spin, it will not spin on high if it cannot balance - remember, ten towels or pairs of jeans soaked with water is darned heavy - mix the loads i'm familiar with this machine because i have one, i repair washers and dryers as part of my job, in my opinion, the duet is the best and most reliable washer available

There is nothing wrong with your machine. Don'f bother with the sound , You said you threw 2 pair of jeans, so its bottons are causing the sound against the drum during cycle. Finished your laundry and worry no more. To make sure, throw some another clothing asides form jeans, like shirts, and feel the normal silent of your machine.

Check the bearings....when the bearings are gone, it will leak too...
