ive worked on alot of theses, most times they are noisey or dont work as in your case, the #1 reason is due to a bad compressor, this is located under rear bumper area, easy to replace, just remove a few rubber covers and three bolts and an air line, anyway first check the fuse, there are three fuse boxs in this truck, you will be looking at the engine compartment fuse box, i have enclosed a picture to help and also i circled the location ,. if the fuse is good then check the relay, the relay is located outside this fusebox on the side, i also enclosed a picture of that, most of the time the fuse may be blown due to a bad compressor and sometimes not, anyway if the relay checks good and fuse good then replace the compressor, or if you replace the fuse and it pops then replace the compressor. the compressor i found to be COSTLY, i found a website that i deal with alot for this type of stuff, like compressors and air bag shocks, check them out and compare the price with dealer, there compressors are top of the line, never had a problem and have been dealing with this company for 8yrs, heres the web site,www.arnottindustries.com.hope this help ,good day
