The two small pins on the bottom of the bulb must line up with the small holes in the base of the socket. This can be tricky since you can't see it once the bulb is inserted. Make sure their nothing already in one of the socket pin holes (like part of the old bulb) and the note the socket hole locations and (lightly, using your finger tips) fit the bulb up into the socket and wiggle it until the pins and holes align. It does fit, but sometimes it is not without a challenge.
Converting a 12-hour time to 24-hour time is straight forward, though confusing. From 1:00 PM to 11:59 PM you add 12 hours, and from 12:00 AM (midnight) to12:59 AM you subtract 12 hours. Or you can simply use the following calculator toconvert to or from either system.
You've either plugged into the wrong sockets, or selected the wrong input on the Bose, or the optical cable isn't inserted correctly or the cable is damaged.
this is easily done on this engine. just need a jack and some wheel ramps. take the battery off undo the starter motor, undo the box bolts to the engine and take the plate out. jack up remove the engine mount on gearbox side. ,then jack up after so engine is at an angle and pull off the gearbox and clutch housing oh forgot to say remove the gear link pin and clutch cable. now you can see the clutch and remove it. when putting the clutch back in locate the new clutch with a socket one of the long types think it was an 18mm just fits in right for the locator. then bolt down the new clutch take out the socket. and put back the engine in reverse. wiggle the gear box and casing to locate back onto the new clutch if dont fit in first time.
Possible faulty lead or a poor connection. Has the new Sky Box been fitted to the HDMI socket the Bose had? Try switching sockets if there is more than one HDMI socket.
you can buy a new cord from bose or any palce such as radio shack etc where equivalent connections can be made up to suit with no difficulty.
as for opening the bass box, i recommend not doing this unless it is absolutley the last resort.
the sound will never be the same again and you will end up with a really bad repair that looks bad and sounds bad too.
however if you are determined to do this, let me know firts and i'll tell you how to do it correctly and professionally and very simply indeed. but when youve done this will you know what your are looking at as unless you are an electronics guru with loads of time tools and equipment and hours of time to go to radio shack (again) are you really up to serviceing those not serviceable parts on circuit boards ?
by the tone of you question i think you know already its the cords , go and obtain original replacements from bose or after marklet iones from the internet or get them made to suit locally at any half decent electronics shop.
