I know...you've got this great camera and you thought "why should I spend extra money on a webcam when I can just use my amazing camera"? Well, sorry....it won't work as a webcam. Webcams aren't that expensive....treat yourself...go get one!
Ya, the transfer wizard in Windows only gets the pics. For the vids you have to go into MyComputer, and your cam will show as removable media. From this folder, you can copy the vids: they will show no File Type, but the pics do.
If this doesn't work for you, try the Fuji update for Windows and try again:
If you are not able to find your connecting cable.
and i am assuming your need is to transfer the data
to comp. Well what you can do is you can take out the memory card and fix it into the card reader (you will get a card reader vey cheap anywhere.). and connect it to your comp.
Now your card will work as a flash drive and you can transfer data easily then...
Hope this helps you out.. :)
Try the fuji 800 number they may be able to sell you a new driver cd. otherwise you can buy a card reader at any camera store that will eliminate the need for software completely for about $15.
