Disassemble


You should look into Youtube for a vid of dissassembly and reassembly. Youtube is a wonderful tool as techs love to teach.
Also, typically, the entire upper structure folds flat onto the walk belt for easy storage.
Here is a link to the Owners manuel. It will show you assembly, so you can simply work in reverse.
Looks like it may be easier to remove the feet once you have it folded.

I have a 390 proform Elliptical and it's is locked up. When I get on it, the pedals are tight and I can not move them.


There may be a problem with the belt inside the machine.
It has to be taken apart to assess.

I will recomend Read your instructions or user manual, section unfold or assembly the treadmill.

If you do not have the owner or user manual, go to the web page. www.proform. com then customer service, and then parts & manual, give your model, serial number, and download free, and ready.

However you must take carefully and pacience with this. sincerely.

Only if the place is very complicated. You must maybe! TO disassembly the control panel.

if it is a plastic belt do not put any oil near it as that degrades it
