Re: 2 of 5 burners do not spark and therefore do not...
I have the same problem with my Bertazzoni Mas365GASXTLP. Any pointers to instructions for replacing an ignition pack, and the part number of the ignition pack, would be appreciated.

It has happened to my ignitors when there has been a boil over . I used a lighter to light the burners, let them burn for a few seconds, and turned it off. It fixed the problem, whatever the cause.
I'd get a briquette lighter down in there when you turn it on and try to light it manually. If it does not light, it is a gas supply problem (bad valve or control), and time to call appliance guy. If it does light, the spark path over to the burner may just be plugged with something. If you have gas + spark, but no fire, it almost has to be that the spark can't reach the gas for some reason. That usually comes from something being plugged up.
from I review I found it might be this...Simple replacement of Glow Bar igniter requires removal of entire front panel with many screws
so sounds like your igniter might be shot - it heats up to ignite the burners - easy fix - get a long torch lighter and just light the gas after turning it on -
I've had this issue a few times. Complete cleaning of the under side of the burner and all components of the ignition system fixes it every time. The slightest bit of carbon build up is the probable cause. I would suggest cleaning the contact with 400 grit or higher emory cloth. This will remove any contamination from the ignitor,
You can try using a light sandpaper to polish the tip of the igniter where it comes close to the burner. There should be an 1/8th in gap between the tip and the burner. If you try it WITH THE GAS SHUT OFF and see a spark then you may need to just adjust the gap. This is an easy to replace part if it original spark lighter isn't working at all. I have seen Weber lighters at Lowe's hardware stores.
If I'm not mistaken, these dacor cooktops have an automatic re-ignition (meaning if the flame goes out, it will just relight it without you having to do it) If none of your burners will light, you probably have a bad spark ignition module. These are somewhat hard to change, as you have to take all the burners off and disconnect the spark wires and take the whole top of the cooktop off to get to the inner workings. Also, to get these burner bases off it takes a special tool by dacor, AND you usually have to replace all the burner seals once you take them apart.Your other, simpler option is to unplug the cooktop and plug a lamp or something in to the outlet the cooktop is using, just to make sure you have power. Just cause the breaker doesn't look like it's tripped, doesn't mean it isn't bad and the outlet is dead. Hope this helps!
