I opened it up and it worked great, i was gonna use it for gym in school so i reset and made my own combination and it stopped working and also forgot my combination.

Remove bottom motor hood. Is the red KLED lit on the controller? When you press start does it beep and does the timer start? No LED replace controller. No beep or timer start console keypad is bad.
You cannot reset the lock unless you know the combination. You would need someone to pick the lock, like a locksmith and then once it's open you can reset the lock with a new combination.
Try 2 options: 1. just squeeze the shackle twice and pull it out. This is in case you forgot to enter new combination. 2, Make the 2 combination together, the old and the new as one sequence. This in case you forgot to squeeze the shackle before enter new combination
Try rotating the numbers on the combination dial three times to clear any previous entry (stop on the zero's if this applies) and enter your combination one more time to see if this works and gets it open.
The default is 000; to set it, hold the lock open, move the dials to your numbers, and close/open three times. This will set the combination to your numbers.
The tablets may work but that would be at the cost of something else. Not worth the risk. The best way to slim is regular exercise and balanced proper diet. Please stick to the gym and eat healthy food and do not starve yourself pathalogically. YOU WILL REDUCE.
when I went to school we were required to give our school the combination in the event of any emergency. If you did not have to do this and can not find your combination anywhere then your only alternative is to consult a locksmith and they will be able to get you your combo. Manufacturers will not give this out for security reasons and neither will a locksmith unless you call them to come out and can verify it is your lock. If the service charge is going to cost more than a new lock have your janitor or maintenance man cut the lock off for you and put a new lock on. I hope this helps.
The reset works when the current correct combination is set on the front. If you forgot the combination, you can go to the www.masterlock.com and download a PDF to request a combination from the factory to open it. It requires a notarized form & takes 6+ weeks. In the end, it is probably easier to buy a new one. When resetting the combo, I accidently scrambled it as I flipped it over. And did not know the combo. The reset button would not work. I did some guess work around the setting and got it to release again.
