I have a panasonic KX-Fp121 fax machine. The problem I have is that I don't want it to print out the call journal. After so many calls it prints out a list of activity.
It should be in the manual how to change this but within the menu button you will need to sort through and enter the one that says TTI settings within there, there should be a auto journal section you should set that to error only so when a document doesn't go a error sheet is printed.
Please let me know if you cannot find the manual as I will try and find one from work.

The next 1 on the panasonic FTP server (KX-FL501) also only has a 30 fax journal reporting capacity.

Remove AC power from the unit for 10 seconds. You can simply pull the cord from the back of the machine. This will clear the fax memory buffer. When the unit restarts, it will want to print a one page "power down report" and will show that the buffer has been cleared.
Hi there check the machine scanner light by putting the original in the feeder and doing a copy. If the printout comes out OK then it either could be the other fax machine you are trying to send it to or you have a intermittent fault with your scanning lamp (Section).
You also must make sure that the original is text face down.
