uninstall

go to chrome.google.com and get a fresh version and install

On your screen at the top of the facebook page to the right of your name, Home, friends icons there is a small upside down Triangle or down arrow. Click on it and go to Settings, and then on the left of the screen click on Security and at the bottom of the page you will see "Deactivate your account". Just follow the prompts after that.
