I am problem with my tablet.. it wont go on home screen at all,, stay on andriod blue guy.. can i replace new one or something to make it work

You may have accidently put an app icon to home scree. You can delete it by press and holding the icon. A trash icon will appear at the buttom of the screen. Drag the icon to the rash icon and you are done.
It wont delete anything. It will just remove the icon from home screen.
Also, to add any other icon on the home screen, go to menu, press and hold the desired app icon and it will be on the home screen.

Turn off your iPhone (hold the power button) or try holding the home and power until your device reboots, then turn on again, if the problem persist, restore it with iTunes.

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button (It's the round button located on the device right below the screen) at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Sometimes just pressing the home button will bring you back to the home screen regardless of where you are on your iPod.

try this

1. Press and hold the Home button while reconnecting the USB cable to iPod. When you reconnect the USB to iPod, the device should then power on.
   
2. Continue holding the Home button while iPod starts up. While starting up, you will see the Apple logo.
3. When you see "Connect to iTunes" on the screen, you can release the Home button and iTunes will display the recovery mode message:
4. Restore and it'll download ~240mb firmware and you're done

If step 1 shows no reaction on your screen,the screen may have got damaged.

You may need to try a restore. If you plug in the phone and itunes sees it try to do a restore. If it won't with the phone off hold the power and home button for 6 secs. then let go of the power button but not the home. Hold until itunes sees it and you can restore.

With phone off connect to itunes and then hold home and power buttons for 6 secs. then release power still holding home until itunes sees phone. If that doesnt work with phone off hold home and plug in phone to computer and see if itunes sees phone. Then restore
