I cannot open my table with my user name or pass word. How can I open my tablet? I have had a lot of technicians tell me that I will have to remove everything from the tablet and reinstall all of it.

Reset it. Some are different. Usually power button and volume up or down. Google it.

So you can't use your device because you don't remember your password?

Then you may have to do factory reset from recovery menu. You will lose all your apps and data from phone storage.

If you really can't remember the login/pass then you can do a factory reset.

** Your tablet will be back to the original settings, you'll have to redo the setup and reinstall all your applications.

1. Turn off your Tablet.
2. Hold the Volume up + Power Button.
3. Press it for 5-8 seconds
4. Android robot will appear
5. Navigate in the menu by using volume keys.
6. Highlight the option named "Reset device" or "Wipe Data" and select it by pressing power button.
7. Confirm yes to "Delete all users Data"
8. It will start formatting your device

Tap on the "Settings" Icon, which should be on the home screen, then scroll down to "apps" in the window that then opens, scroll across to "All Apps", then swipe down the screen until you reach the first app or program that you wish to remove. Tap it's name, and in the new window that opens, tape 'delete', a confirm delete window will open to ask you to confirm that you want to remove it. Tap "Yes" and the app is gone!

NOTE! This WILL NOT work for system apps - they cannot be deleted without other expert changes being first made to the system. Only apps and programs you have installed can be easily removed

First check if your internet connection works ok by using a lap top or desk top. then make sure you have selected the your internet provider , on i pad. choose the one you use. log in add your pass word user name (the same for your other pcs.) if at a friends place ask them for the account details and their pass word if they will share it. and they should

Continue trying different patterns until the unit asks for your google account sign in. If you have a google account go ahead and sign in. If you don't have a google account type null for the user name and four zeros, ie, 0000 for the password.

I would hope that the school deleted everything on the device before selling it. If they did maybe they made the username Administrator and left the password blank.
