Question about T-Mobile Dash Smartphone
I have a POP3 account working fine with MS Outlook in my PC. I've tried many times putting the same settings in my new DASH, and it always fails when it tries to log in, repeatedly asking for user/password. I configured with no problem a COMCAST account also using POP3. The only difference I notice, is that the user account has an "@" ([email protected]), the comcast user is just "emailuser"
Make sure you have SSL for the account you want to use unchecked on the Dash. It is set on by default. Also make sure you set your username as the explicit "emailuser", not the fully distinguished name.
