Download the hardware for MP-Y3 (we cannot find CD Rom)
This will take you to the Samsung website where you can download the user manual, or softwear that you need.
You will have to find your model number because you did not say if it was a:

I lost my samsung yp-t9j mp3 player installation cd how can i install it for free?
You can download it from SAMSUNG support pages.
They have several YP-T9J product references, but it seems that both manuals (Manual and Quick User Guide) and sofware are the same for all YP-T9J line.

How do I permanently turn off the standby mode on my Samsung DVD Home Theater Receiver HT-TX72? I recently purchased a LG TV and wanted to continue to use the speakers. I have everything connected, I have sound from all speakers, everything sounds GREAT and just what I wanted. However, after 20 minutes the DVD receiver that all of the speakers are wired to turns off in 20 minutes. The manual advises there is a timer button on the remote. Not on my remote there isn't. 2nd question, is this a standard factory setting? If I were to do a reset, would the 20 minutes on the standby mode still be an issue?

I have a BD-E5900, There is no option to upgrade firmware via USB on only Internet Procedure I followed; Copy Firmware folders to Thumb Drive root Insert thumb drive Message- New Portable Device inserted - Device: USB Flash Drive - Do you want to access the device? Select Yes USB Drive shows as Active Device in Info Bar at bottom of screen. Then I go to - Settings -> Support -> Software Upgrade Message Box Shows; Current Version By Internet Auto Update Notification: On/Off There is no USB option If I click "By Internet", I get no option to choose USB, It just tries to connect to the Internet, which fails Also, there is no ":" (colon) on the "By Internet" line. Usually if a Samsung Menu item is going to give you options it will have a colon ex. Upgrade by: Internet. I can't upgrade by Internet because the reason I am doing the firmware upgrade is that neither the Wi-Fi nor wired Network will connect to the Internet. . Both WiFi and Wireless Connect to the router but fail the final step of the Network Test with "HTTP Port Disabled..." Samsung players use port 8080, which is open on the router by default. This issue has been documented online and the solution is a firmware upgrade. Am I missing something?
