Make sure you select the correct input for your device. If you are using RCA cables then select the RGB option on your inputs, or it may RCA as a connection. If you are using HDMI then make sure that is selected.

Why do you need a roku if you have a smart TV?
Anyways, if you plug the connector into the TV via your HDMI port, it should power on. switch your tv to that input, and then use the remote to scroll through the setup options and find your wifi and set it up. it is a farily simple process
Just call Netflix they will hook you up.

If you plug into the box and TV with the composite plugs then you need to change inputs. Your TV is currently set to use HDMI. You need to change the source with your remote.

I would disconnect the power going to the Roku Stick, wait at least a minute or so, reconnect the stick to the power supply. If this does not work contract customer support at this link: Contact Support
