I was given this zte n9511 with a black and cracked screen was told phone was dropped. The phone would still turn on make and receive calls just black screen replaced the lcd and digitizer thinking that was going to be the only problem, but now the screen in still black. lights up can hear the menu buttons being pressed but no image. inspected all the ribbon cables no visible damage. Any help would be greatly appreciated as to wat to try next.

Lo primero seria buscar en Google "Como hacer ZTE N9511 nuevo de f?brica". Si puedes ver videos mucho mejor. Esto lo que hace es entrar en una secci?n del celular conocida como recobrar, o recovery en Ingl?s. Si el celular prende, y logras acceder al recovery, que se pueda ver la pantalla, entonces puede ser una falla del SO (Sistema Operativo). Mediante el recovery puedes hacer nuevo el celular como si fuera de f?brica, o sea, como cuando se compra nuevo de la tienda. Esto repara el SO, haciendo que el celular vuelva a trabajar.

May need to take it to cell phone repair mine looks the same way. Dropped it face down. Did your screen crack at all. Shouldn't be too much to repair it they quoted me $100.00. Hope this helps.
