Hold the sleep button for about 5-6 seconds and restart it. Try that a few times, and then if that does not work, connect it to the computer and hit the 'restore' button and see if it will restore the light. Try to charge it also, sometimes that will help.

Mine is doing the same thing except i didnt drop mine in the toilet i droped it alot now it wont turn on please help :(

if your ipod is locked by icloud you can only get in it by typing in your apple id ( your icloud email adress and your password). You can also try doing a hard reset. what generation is your ipod i may be able to help you better that way

Unknown error ipod touch / iphone / itunes
this fixes alot of errors

-Update to the latest version of iTunes

- plug ipod in the back of the computer

- disconnected all peripherals

- restart computer

- restore ipod

if this dose not work try:

Restore on a different computer

Unplug it! Then-...Press & Hold the Power and Home button at the same time until the apple logo appears, it may take 30-40 seconds

My ipod touch was working ok then i just turn it off and now it dose not turn back on.
Try holding the "Home" button and the "Sleep" button at the top for at least 10 seconds. If the unit does not show an Apple logo and reboot, try plugging the iPod into your computer with the cable to charge it. If the battery is very dead, it may take a few minutes for the iPod to respond as it needs to charge some beofre turning on.

Ipod is disabled connect to itunes
Go on to itunes and plug your mp3 in to your computer
and download it and salect which tunes you want. If it dose not work
