Hi guys, while I was waiting for some answer fron EXPERTS, I Fixed the momentum T7, if I start a normal walk with cero inclination and low speed motor does´nt move but all data in computer appears normal. So, if I order a walk with 10 percent of inclination or more up the running belt moves normal. SOLUTION: Cable Driving motor from computer to driving motor travels trough upright left body and base frame, it had been crushing for main frame making damage in the plastic proctection of this cable, so each time that cable touched main frame produced a short circuit only hapenned with cero inclination, I fixed short circuit in main cable and protected the cable it self from crush with main frame.

I hope this solution helps someone.

My treadmill stops running after 3 minutes. It shuts down and I have to reset and start over again. After another 3 minutes, it shuts off again.

Sounds like a motor or electrical system cooling problem. Could be dirt or blocked motor. Try Computer air blast can and or a vacuum to clean out motor and electronics.

My treadmill runs for 9 seconds and stops and shows E1

Might be the power supply. That's about all I can think of. It runs but gets hot very fast and shuts down

Treadmill not working and alarm sound when plug in

Does the display give you an error code. I'm having a similar issue but all LEDs on my display are lit with a constant beep and still have not gotten resolved. Have you tested the power source and fuse and the reset circuit breaker. I am waiting on a new reset circuit breaker part to come in and hopefully this fixes the issue. I will let you know.

your posting is a year old have you since got the treadmill fixed and what was it

Unplug the treadmill. Locate the console key and place the safety or reset key into the treadmill console. Replace any parts that need replacing, or is large enough to trigger with a pencil eraser or Q-tip. Plug the treadmill plug back into the wall. Use the Q-tip to press the reset button. It may be necessary to hold the reset button down for a few seconds. "CL11" will appear in the display of the treadmill.

Press the reset button one more time with the Q-tip. "CL21" should appear on the screen. Press the enter key. The display will change again and show "CL22." Keep pressing the enter key until the numbers cycle through to the number "CL26." Press enter one more time. The letter E should appear on the display screen.

Press enter twice more. The letters "SS" should appear on the screen. When this happens, press the start/stop key. Making sure to keep well away from the tread, press enter to start the treadmill. The treadmill will start on its own. The treadmill will stop on its own after a few seconds. When it stops, press the power key two times. Remove the safety key and put in a safe place. Your treadmill is reset.move on to the next step.

Cybex 520t treadmill runs for about 2 minutes then says end and quits running?

Dear Sir:
The most likely cause of the problem is a worn treadmill belt and deck.
Most of the time its caused from NOT LUBRICANTING between the treadmill belt and deck.
This causes friction and the surfaces wear putting greater stress on the electronics. The treadmill is shutting down to protect the electronics.

Remember the treadmill is complex electronic system. sincerely.

God bless you.

My Nordic Track T7si is stuck on one speed. None of the bottons work and the treadmill seems to be frozen in this position.

Check if some pre-settign isnt work there. To re-adjust device, check this procedure...

Remove the key from the console and UNPLUG THE POWER CORD. Next, carefully lower the Uprights (111, 112). Remove the two indicated #8 x 3/4" Screws (1). Note: A Phillips screwdriver with a shaft at least 8 in. (20 cm) long is needed.

Raise the Uprights (111, 112) to the vertical position.
Remove the three # 8 x 3/4" Screws (1) from the Motor Hood (63), and carefully pivot the Motor Hood off.

zjlimited_1525.jpg

Locate the Reed Switch (65) and the Magnet (49) on the left side of the Pulley (51). Turn the Pulley until the Magnet is aligned with the Reed Switch. Make sure that the gap between the Magnet and the Reed Switch is about 1/8 in. (3 mm). If necessary, move the Reed Switch slightly using a slotted screwdriver.

Reattach the Motor Hood (not shown), making sure that the five #8 x 3/4" Screws (not shown) are inserted into the same holes from which they were removed.

Run the treadmill for a few minutes to check for a correct speed reading.
