How to return unopened? I tried to cancel an order, but the item shipped. How to return without opening package...and still get a refund?

Do I put postage on package I am returning?

If it is UNOPENED you can put refused and they will have to pay the return shipping. If you opened it, then it's considered a new parcel and you need to pay shipping. Even if you open the envelope attached to the front.

Please i need help, i got a confirmation order from google, that they shipped the product wich i have not ordered, how do i solve this problem

Get in contact the origin of the product to cancel the order. Often stores will have control panels that give your order history and will sometimes permit cancellations from their website. Otherwise, just call them and you can have that canceled before its shipped. If not, request an RMA and send it back unopened for a refund. Be sure to have your order number handy when you call, chat, e-mail or use whatever support method they happen to have. Don't worry. : )

How do i return a new item I bought here but wassent straight from Dell, they won't take it. it was unopened

if the item is not as described, you can file for the significantly not as described dispute and you will be given a shipping label to ship back the item to the seller hence you will get refund for the item that you purchased.

Order

you call them and tell them you changed your mind. if they already shipped your package they will tell you to send it back unopen. they they will issue a refund. either way you can get your money back as long as you tell them you dont want it asap
