Can I get a refund?
See our refund policies on the following types of deals:
GrouponLive concert and event tickets
- You can edit or cancel your order on the day of purchase only
- If you can't make the show and want to give your purchase to a friend, contact us at least 24 hours before the day of the show so we can change the name on the tickets
Groupon Goods merchandise
- You can edit or cancel your order for two hours after your purchase
- After that, the address you supplied is given to the shipping provider and shipment can't be stopped
- Unless the Fine Print states otherwise, you can return Groupon Goods products within 14 days of receiving them. Return shipment is free and you can learn more about it here.
- Original shipping charges are not refundable on items returned due to customer preference/change of mind
- Returns shipped without using a Groupon-provided return label are not eligible for a refund and will be refused
Groupon Getaways trips
- If you chose the date of your trip when you purchased your Groupon Getaway, you'll be able to cancel it as long as you're within the hotel's cancellation policy by clicking "Cancel" next to this Groupon on your My Groupons page
- If you didn't choose your date when making your purchase, and the merchant is unable to book the stay you want during the available dates before the book-by date, we'll refund your purchase
- After the book-by date, you can still use your Groupon Getaways voucher for the price you paid for it. You can learn more here.
Groupon Local vouchers
- Any unredeemed, unprinted Groupon may be returned for a refund within the first 3 days after purchase
- After 3 days, all sales are final, but you can always give your Groupon to a friend or family member to use instead (unless the Fine Print specifies otherwise)
- Your Groupon is always worth at least the amount you paid for it - even if the promotional value has expired
