Go to your account on amazon and click on subscriptions. See what you are actually subscribed. From there you can cancel it. As for the refund. Your going to have to contact amazon and let them know

Digital Services with Amazon are pretty much what they sound like - Prime services, Kindle Services or downloads, Game services. Purchase of Music Downloads. I can't say for sure, but perhaps if you purchased an Amazon gift card for someone?

It sounds like it's the sort of thing that can be remedied fairly straight-forwardly if it's a mistake.
