We have very hard water, but I try to descale regularly. I've run three cleaning cycles, thinking it's lime stuck in the pipes, but nothing's worked. Can anyone help?

Fill it with vinegar and leave to soak overnight/for two nights if really bad.

I called 1-800-733-6270 (taken from http://www.zojirushi.com/servicesupport/manuals/manual_pdf/cd_lcc.pdf). The rep was very helpful. She suggested that there was probably residue stuck in the tubes. She suggested that I use citric acid solution and put it through a cleaning cycle. After the cleaning cycle, do not pour out the water immediately. Instead, dispense the water through the Dispense button, to clear out the tubes. It worked. I had just gone through a cleaning cycle before this problem happened to me, and gotten rid of big chunks of "crud" (especially the build-up around the filter).
