It will not make coffee in either the Keurig pods or regular ground coffee. It says PURGE, or NEEDLE after I clean it and use paper clip to remove grounds. What else can I do?

You need to clean the piercing needle of the k cup really well. Use a a safety pin to scrape the hole in the pin to get all the small coffee grounds out of the small hole in the piercing needle. I needed to do it 3 times. I scraped it then ran the coffee...each time a little more water came out along with some more grinds that were stuck. You would be surprised how much can get jammed up in that small space.

Everytime I put in Keurig pods in my keurig I get coffee grounds in my coffee cup and all over the coffee pot.

If cleaning the puncture pin hole doesn’t work, and you have thoroughly cleaned out your machine, look at the bottom of the particular K-cup you are using. Many of them have an indent in the bottom, and these cause an issue, allowing rounds to escape. Unfortunately, this particular type is not always compatible.

Recently mu Keurig started acting funny. When I first turn it on, instead of heating up, it just starts to fill my cup. Can't seem to get the "menu" up either! HELP

I watched a U Tube video, a 10 year explained how to clean the Keurig so it would work. Now all you have to do is go to Bed Bath & Beyond. Buy Clean Cup. It cost $7.99 It is a K-Cup put the pod in your Keurig run twice. Take the Clean Cup pod out, run twice with just water. Take a new thin paper clean to clean your needle.
When you close the lid so you make coffee. Surprise Open the top their is needle that becomes impacted with coffee grounds. Throw away the paper clip run a cup water and look at all the mess come out.

Did you clean the top of the Keurig. When the top goes down, it has like a needle point when may get clogged with coffee grounds. Get a paper click and make straight it object, I clean the paper clip the insert to point and clean out the excess coffee.

How to fix keurig b60 not pumping? water

You need to clean the water jets (the sharp hypodermic needle-like jets). Use a straightened paper clip to clean (ream) out the two jets...one in removable plastic bottom and one in top. That will fix the problem.

Keurig drips too slow

The exit needle is located on the inside bottom of the K-Cup Holder. If coffee grounds or cocoa mix gets clogged in the exit needle, it can be cleaned using a paper clip or similar tool. Remove the funnel from the K-Cup Holder, insert the paper clip into the tube and move it around to loosen the clog and remove any debris. Please note, you cannot poke all the way through the needle as the opening of the needle is located on the side and not the top. After cleaning, align the K-Cup Holder tabs with the opening placing the two front tabs on the bottom and the single tab on top and snap it into place by pushing down on the top rim.

I have more water going into the water Reservoir than into my coffee cup, no matter what size is chosen

It's likely that a good cleaning could fix your issue. Specifically, try these solutions:

1) De-scale the brewer. After a while the reservoir can become partially clogged with scale from hard water and should be de-scaled every now and then. To do this, run 1 cup of white vinegar through the brewer on a regular cycle. Repeat once more with a fresh cup of vinegar. Once that has finished, run it with fresh water until no trace of vinegar remains. 3 cups should do it.

2) Clean the exit needle and/or the entire K-Cup holder assembly. To do this, remove and disassemble the assembly. The parts are dishwasher safe (top rack) or can be cleaned fairly easily by hand. In addition, use a paper clip or other small object to clean the inside of the exit needle. Coffee grounds can become trapped and clog the hole. Be careful, however, since the needle can be rather sharp. Note, also, that the hole in the needle where the liquid exits is on the side of the needle, so whatever tool you use to clean it will not go all the way through.

Water does not seem to be getting to the heating area

I'm not sure if your saying it does not brew a cup of coffee at all or it is brewing but only cold water comes out. If it is just sitting there making a whinning noise and not delivering water it may just be dirty. To clean it you need to fill the resivior with a 50% white viniger and 50% water mixture. Run a brew cycle and let it sit for an hour. Then run several cycles through until it is out, refill the resivior with water only, run it completely through and continue with the water only until there is no more viniger smell or tatse. You will need to clean the brewer needle heads as well. Lift the handle to access the coffee pod compartment, remove the pod basket and use a paper clip to clean out the hole in the puncture needle. With the lever still raised, use the paper clip to clean out the three holes in the upper needle head. Replace the pod basket, close the handle and run a couple brew cycles through without a coffee pod.

When making a cup of coffee, half the water flows back thru the vent resulting in half a cup of coffee. I have de-scaled but that did not fix. Any suggestions?

When the water comes back through the vent, it usually means that the TOP needle may be plugged with coffee grounds.

Unplug the coffee maker.

Lift up on the silver handle, and look inside. You will see a silver needle (similar to the one in the bottom of the K-cup holder). With a round seal surrounding it.

Straighten out a paper clip and run the clip through the center of the needle, and rotate it, then pull the clip out.

Plug the unit back in, and wait until it is ready.

Remove the K-cup holder, and run only water through the unit, as if you are making a cup of coffee.

You will see some grounds in the coffee cup, if the needle was plugged with grounds.

If this doesn't fix it, call customer service, the unit may be bad.
