Replacement Parts for Fitness Exercise Equipment at SPORTSMITH

I would suggest locating an assembly manual to get familiar with the process before disassembling the machine. If you provide me with a model and serial number, I may be able to help you further by locating a manual for you.

Disassembling my 1500 nortic track treadmill

Replacement Parts for Fitness Exercise Equipment at SPORTSMITH

The following link is to a manual for your model. This should provide some insight before disassembling the unit. The most important part is to label the connection wires so that you are sure where they go when you put it back together. Also be considerate of any pinch points so that you do not accidentally pinch or crimp any wires when putting it back together.

I need reading AR but log in my number and password but I can't open for that thank you

Looks like this item is a rack that fits on a treadmill, so you can walk and read at the same time. Is that what you want to buy? Or are you trying to log into an online AR reading program? Accelerated Reader at your school? If so, you need to ask your teacher what the number and password are. It is whatever they put in for your, like your student number or something.

How do I disassemble my tx390 treadmill to transport it?

This can be interesting as there are a lot of bolts to disassemble. I tip mine up and lay it down in a pick up truck or a van you can take the seats out. They are very heavy so you need help.

Need to disassemble NordicTrack X7i trainer to move it. Don't have the manual

To get the manual go to iconservice.com and select the manuals link. You will be asked the model name or number. You can download a PDF file of the manual for free. Use the assembly instructions only backwards and you will be able to disassemble the machine.

Proform 740CS runs okay but the incline does not

ProForm Treadmills have a reset procedure for the incline function. With the key inserted in the console, activate the incline; while the incline is changing, remove the key. Wait 30 seconds, then replace the key. The incline should to maximum, then to minimum, resetting its limits. It worked for mine just 10 minutes ago; the procedure is in the manual if you have it. Good luck!

Need to dismatle to move and can't

There are a lot of different treadmills and stairways that require specific solutions, but there are some general solutions.

You say you can't disassemble it, so try forearm forklifts, they can make a 2 person lift very manageable. Also if you have a large piece of cardboard (and once again, 2 strong people) the cardboard can be used to both provide a surface that will slide up the stairs and distribute the weight over a larger area, so you can actually put it on it's side without causing damage.

I've used this technique and it works with a little caution and muscle.

Sounds like it is overheating, you have to disassemble the unit and find why it might be overheating
