If you mean the LG HBS-800 wireless headset, there is documentation on the LG product support page: http://www.lg.com/us/support/product-help/CT10000025-1430860289178-headset . There are quick guides for connecting to a mobile device or computer. Under the Documents & Downloads tab, you can find the User's Manual, Reference Guide and Quick Start Guide. The direct link to the User's Manual is currently: LG%20TONE%20ULTRA%20HBS-800%20User%20Guide%20%28English%29.pdf .
I had the same problem and I just kept trying different things. Don't know if this will help and don't know why it works but after 2 hrs of messing around this is what worked for me:
-put the headset in the covered charger (not plugged in)
-held down all 3 buttons for at least 10 sec
-left headset in charger (unplugged) and entered in 0000 very quickly (very frustrated at that time) and it worked.
what manual i have one i have no manual turn on head set by holding power button when paired with phone, come on it can't browse your phone for numbers the side buttons are for volume if you press the power button two times you will dial the last caller or you may be able if you have set your voice commands if you are paired but not connected you can press power button once and it should connect
I think I just fixed the same problem on mine...
My phone has a headset button. It took a couple tries - but 2nd attempt it worked & I see no more flashing red.
I pushed my speakerphone button on the phone, then hit the lifter button on my headset...then hit the sensor button...and voila!
There is also an online video manual for H710 Motorola headset on www.HandBookLive.com under Electronics. There are chapters on pairing as well as buttons operations, and there is a link to the manual, as well as a quick reference sheet you can open from the Quick Start video chapter, and print it.
You can't program numbers vocally to you headset, you can only program vocally to your phone only if your phone has the voice dialing option.
I have a H500 and can inform you of what I know.
To turn on, hold button until blue light flashes once or twice, to turn off is the same thing. To pair your headset with your phone you have to hold down the call button until the light stays on then you use your phone to pair. After pairing the headset will flash quickly then discontinue. If you are using your headset and receive another call, you press the call button on the phone to answer the other line and to also release the call. The volume up and down buttons are found on the top and bottom of the headset, up and down is dependant on which ear you wear your headset. To mute, hold both the volume up and down buttons at the same time, this also unmutes the call.
Hope this helps!
