I'm having the same issue. I think it's supposed to happen though. I just wish I could find a way to prevent it.

I have just brought a Milkshake bluetooth car speaker phone and someone was setting it up and now it does not work at all how do i reset it?

Restore to Default Settings
1. In the standby mode, press and hold "V+" and "V-" buttons simultaneously for at least 10 seconds until the LCD shows "Master Reset".
2. Press and hold "V+" and "V-" buttons simultaneously again for at least 2 seconds until you hear two tones. The speakerphone is now restored to default settings and will Power Off automatically.
3. The speakerphone will enter pairing mode automatically when you switch it on again.

How do i turn on the speakerphone?

there is a button on the side of the phone with a picture of a speaker on it, it is right under the camera button. if you hold the button with the speaker down for a few seconds the speaker phone will turn on, make sure the phone is open when you do this and you follow the same steps to turn the speaker back off

Speakerphone

Hey Kathy,

The Speakerphone can be turned on and off by holding down the smart key (the side button next to the volume buttons).

With the flip open, press and hold the smart key until it displays speakerphone off (or on if it was off before).

Hope this helps!

Speakerphone

While the phone is on and open it should say "speaker" in blue above the button on the right. When you push that button it should turn speakerphone off. And if you have hung up the phone it should automatically turn off until you turn it on again.
