What causes my ferolli f24 to cut out when put on manual heating why does my ferolli f24 combi boiler cut out after putting on manual heating mode?

Possible that the pump is faulty, check to see if it is running, if not check power to pump, if power is okay, and the pump is not running, then it's the pump. look up pdf fault finding f24 for additional help.

Washer does not drain

1.), Pump may be bad. Check voltage to water pump in Spin Cycle. If you have voltage at the pump, but it does not run, replace the pump.

2.) If you have voltage to the water pump, and can hear or feel it running, cut power off, and remove the boot which is directly below the wash bin. The boot empties into the water pump. You will need long needle nose pliers or better, use water pump pliers to remove the straps holding the rubber piping to the pump and the boot. Remove debris from the boot, i.e., bobby pins, coins, socks, pens, keys, etc.

3.) If no voltage comes to the pump in spin cycle, you may need a new timer.

4.) Install a new belt on the motor pulley. You will regret not replacing the belt later.

Laing model 330 Pump not working-delay in hot water delivery. In the past,a vibration occurred when cold water running above the pump. Can this be repaired.Power operating to pump. Thanks, mel ross

Question not 100% clear.

1) The pump is not working? Does the pump make a noise? if pump is not working full-time, it can cause delay in arrival.
If pump motor is suspect, and outlet has power, then check override switch located on timer. Set override to Timer, move some of the trippers outward, then manually rotate timer dial until pump turns ON.
http://waterheatertimer.org/images/IMG_9325-grundfos-timer-800.jpg
If no noise is detected, or noise stops and starts, or seems strained, or if pump is hot, then pump motor may have burned out.

2) If pump is working, and makes noise like a humming sound, and pump motor is not hot, but hot water is not circulating, then unplug pump so it will not overheat and burn up.
Disassemble the pump and cross-over piece. Clean piping with white vinegar or CLR. Do not soak in CLR or it will damage seals. Rinse parts thoroughly. Reassemble and see if problem is resolved.
If pump is vibrating, then suspects include sediment and/or air inside line, and this can be resolved by cleaning as described. Also install air vent to increase life of pump.

3) Other causes for hot water delay at faucet are crossover.
Crossover can be caused by bad single-handled faucet cartridge, and/or by clogged-or-failed check valve on cross-over piece on grundfos.
This type of problem lets cold water enter hot line, and causes delay in arrival of hot water. Clean-or-replace the grundfos cross-over piece, and replace bad faucet cartridge.

Code LC, I cleaned the filter, won't stop beeping

you need to flush out the rinnai. to do this you will need 4 gallons of white viniger & a circulating pump. #1 disconnect the power. #2 close both incoming & outgoing water valves under the unit. #3 conect a drain hose to the out going flush valve ( flush valves are under the unit & have brass caps) #4 connect pump outlet hose to ingoing flush valve. #5 put pump incoming hose & drain hose from outgoing flush valve in a 5 gallon bucket. #6 pour 4 gallons of vinager into the bucket. #7 open both flush valves. #8 turn on the circulating pump & let viniger pump in the incoming flush valve through the rinnai & out the outgoing flush valve back into the bucket for 45 min. #9 disconct pump from incoming side & close incoming flush valve.( don,t close outgoing vaves at this time) #10 put out going hose in empty bucket. #11 open incoming water to flush viniger out of unit. # 12 disconct outgoing hose , close outgoing flush valve & open outgoing water valve. #13 clean filter & turn on power.

My alpha cb24x combi boiler keeps blowing the main fuse, even when its not on,this can happen in 2mins or 2 days after i redo the fuse using 15 amp wire, why is this happening ?

a short circuit most likely on the pump or another winding, fan or gas valve. start with shutting off the power and pocketing the fuse untill ur done . dissconnect the pump supply and fit terminal blocks to make them safe. then turn the power on , but do not let the boiler run on either water or heating . let it sit for a spell and if the fuse does not blow simply replace the head of the pump, which is easier than replacing the complete pump. remember yuor not allowed to touch the gas train.
