BCFA27B need replacement for QP2-4.7. i think it's the starter.

The starter bolts go directly into the engine block,. there is no starter mount to distort. They do sell shims, but this is just to space the bendix away from the flexplate if it is too tight. You might try new bolts, possibly have a bent one and most parts stores sell replacement starter bolts in the "Help" section.

Check any defrost water hasn't got into the electrics and blown a fuse.

HUH??? The electrical circuit is working and you think there is a blown fuse?
NO! there is a MECHANICAL problem with your starter like a broken bendix or a chewed-up flywheel. You need to remove your starter motor and inspect the teeth on your flywheel. Look through the starter hole and turn the engine by hand so you can inspect the teeth all the way around. I usually mark the flywheel with a marking pen before I start turning it so I can tell when I have gone all the way around. If the teeth are all in decent condition, replace the starter. If you find any broken/damaged teeth, you need to pull your transmission and replace the flywheel. (AND probably replace the starter anyway.)

You can buy replacement parts for a starter, but generally we buy a remanufactured starter, and simply replace the unit.

Remanufactured starter is about $100

sounds like there is a dead spot in the starter. i think the other stuff may not have needed to be replaced. when the car won't start, have someone try to start while you TAP the starter with a hammer.- probably the starter, though.

Remove the negative (red) cable from the starter. Remove the two mounting screws that attaches the starter to the side of the engine. A JD dealer can check to see if it is bad.

The starter is a good possibility. Try tapping the starter with a small hammer while trying to start it. Sometimes the brushes in the starter get dirty and tapping it will jar them loose. If the jeep starts then replace the starter. If the jeep does not start, take a test light and see if you are getting voltage to the big nut on the starter while trying to start it. If it's getting 12 volts and the jeep does not start, then replace the starter.
