Hi Donna,
Check outdoor unit is running - the larger pipe/fitting of the two should be cool to touch after about 20 minutes, and the small one should be hot - if not either the system is short of refrigerant or the compressor is not running.
Check to make sure the settings are correct - snowflake for cooling - not for wintertime

The problems are to numerous to guess. a wire off, a bad control.
I would suggest you return the unit to where you bought it, and get a replacement or in some cases there is a warranty phone number on the paper work you can call. According to the manufacturer they may send a service tech. out to make any repairs. If it's under warranty let the manufacturer honer there warranty. you'll be glad you did.

My Conia aircon CA24003 model is not cooling down. I set the temperature to 24 degrees C but it doesnt go below 30 degrees C. Can anyone help plsss

get the filters out wash them carefuly dry them and put them back,check if the liquid inside must be replaced by a expert ,service from time to time is required

Problem is the thermostat.The heat/cool selector switch might not be making try back and fourth from heat/cool to make a good contact.In heat mode make sure the temp is set LOWER than your cooling temp.If it is too cold in the future just RAISE the cooling temp up and not the heat/cool switch.

My nissan eagle has a problem with its aircon, it doesnt give cool air anymore. It started when the hose of the radiator leaks, but when i've replaced the hose, the aircon still doesnt work well.

you replaced the hose know you have to charge apropiate gas freon

Hello there.. :) your room 30 sq. meters needs 2 - 2hp window type aircon as computed. But you can consider the purpose of putting up the aircon and how many occupants will stay.. :0

doesnt sound like a gas problem. theres a vavle they opens and closes inside the unit that might be playing up either the vavle or the indoor pc board. did it ever cool ? might also be the vavle on the outside unit were not open with the alan keys so theres no gas going to them .
