Kenwood KPG-38D CPS Programming Software, for the TK-290 & TK-390 portable radio. Just you connect your radio with programming cable kpg-36 and read your radio and edit it and reprogram it. Also you can program as follows:
Self programming mode Hold down the [Side 1] key and the [Side 2] key, turn the radio power
ON by this way you can enter in programming mode manually.
This is probably old and obsolete by now, but in case anyone is still interested.
The Kenwood TK-810 (25W)/TK-810L(10W) is an old part 90 and possibly 95-certified UHF mobile transceiver. These were intended to use a standalone Kenwood KPT-20 programmer to program frequencies, and were not intended to be programmed by a PC - so there does not exist software to program these radios. The programming port is underneath the top cover along the front side of the board and uses TTL level signals. RS-232 through the microphone port like newer Kenwood radios will not work.
However you can program it by desoldering the 9346 EEPROM chip in it and using a device programmer. The CTCSS board has a separate EEPROM or DIP switches depending on the model you have.
If you don't have a KPT-20 or can't desolder+have a 9346 chip programmer, this UHF radio is probably a paperweight for you.
Source: I own one of these radios and went through the effort figuring out how to program it without the KPT-20.
Most probably the access to facebook is blocked from your windows or network firewall. The administrator of the PC or network has to remove the RULE from firewall(s) that deny access to facebook site.
If above is not possible (e.g. in case it was made on purpose by the administrator, e.t.c.): Alternative you can try to connect to facebook through proxies that can bypass your firewall. Below you can see some of these proxies. Just go there, type www.facebook.com in the URL box and press go. Whala!!!
You'll need the Kenwood serial cable and software to program this radio. Your best bet would be to contact a Kenwood Customer Service Representative directly. You should have the the radios in front of you when you call so that you can answer questions about them instead of having to call back, etc.
Kenwood contact information can be found here. The TK-260 radio falls under the "Land Mobile & Business" category.
OOPS.... OK.... it may be serious but it may also be easily solved. If what i tell you now doesnt work then the laptop is KAPUT. Remove the battery... then remove the hard drive and the memory chips. You should find all these under latches at the bottom of the laptop .... the hard drive sometimes pulls out from the side somewhere.
ALSO TRY ANOTHER POWER SUPPLY because youyrs may be faulty. TRY ANOTHER POWER SUPPLY FIRST OF ALL !!
Once you've done that you must put it all FIRMLY BACK... If that DOESNT work you may have a DEAD computer.
One of the keys has been programmed as the lock button. you will have to experiment by holding each button for a couple of seconds until you hear a tone that tells you the radio is unlocked.
On the one I have for our fire and rescue it is the < button but it could be any of the four on the front or the two on the side below the talk button.
