SOURCE: Reciever wont stay powered on
I fear that there's no easy fix. Sounds like the power supply or the board which controls it is bad. If you're not an electronics repair person, it'll need to go to a repair shop.

you receiver is reporting that the impedance of the speakers is incorrect the manual says that it needs impedance of 6 to 16 ohms and when simultaneously using a and b it needs 12 to 16 ohms. but you receiver is also saying that the problem is with the av surround digital channel so the impedance of the speakers is either too low or too high check the impedance of the speakers and if they are correct try them on another circuit and see if the problem follows the speakers.
Also, it may be that the positive wire is contacting the back of the receiver and grounding out. If so reduce the length of the bare wire and reconnect.
you may have to reset your receiver to clear this state.
turn off receiver or start from the off condition,
hold down surround mode left and right and turn on the receiver hold all 3 buttons till the display starts flashing at intervals of aproximately 1 second then release the buttons, if this fails to work try the procedure again.
Cheers!

this indicates the output circuit of the amplifier is shorted out, this can be a defective power transistor or a shorted speaker wire or speaker, disconnect the speakers and try the amp, if the light doesn't flash u have your answer,if it still does the same thing u have a defective amplifier and need to have a shop repair it.
SOURCE: red light flashing, and how
red flashing light usually means that the receiver is in protection mode and it has a hardware problem like burned channel or bad power supply or thermal protection, etc. For some receivers/models (you didn't mention your model) you can override this protection but the receiver can get more damages. So, better to bring it to a service center for diagnosing /repair. Thanks, ebcelectronics
