Open the cover of printer check the tonner move the cover of printer,you'll see the green roller, check whether any stuck around it roll it forcefully (dont break it) clean perfectly,anything must be stuck there,
when you feed paper, check aroud paper pick roller and left and right side of it,is anything stuck there.
just try it out.

Windows 7 Starter is stuck on Welcome page. Pressed every combination of keys I can think of... still stuck. Remove battery, perhaps?
Press and hold down the power button for 10 seconds, that should shutdown the computer.
