Thisis the user's manual for a Phillips remote control. There is a list ofcodes in it. They should be rather universal. There's also instructionsas to how to program it. I believe that there is a way to program itwithout using the codes.
Programming with Code Search
1. Manually turn on the device (TV, VCR, etc.) to be controlled.
2. Press and hold Code Search button until the red indicator stays on. Release the Code Search button.
3. Press and release the desired mode button (TV, VCR, etc.). The red indicator blink, then stays lit.
4.Press the Channel Up button repeatedly (up to 300 times) until thedevice could be controlled changes channel. The red indicator blinks, then stays lit. If you accidentally overshoot the code required, pressthe Channel Down button to backtrack through the library until thedevice changes channel. Pressing Channel Up changes direction toforward again. Press and release the Mute button to install the code.
Hope this helps :)

Since you dont have a popular brand set you should try using the scan method. Here is a link with a video to help program your dishnetwork remote to work with your set. http://www.disheez.com/videos/dish-network-video/programming-dish-network-remote/
SOURCE: INSTRUCTIONS NEEDED FOR THE SHARPER IMAGE - JUMBO UNIVERSAL REMOTE
Hello kls1996... programming your remote is rather easy. The easiest way (thanks to The Sharper Image Jumbo Remote being a LEARNING SMART remote) is to do the following:
1 - Point the head of your Sharper Image remote at the head of your Sanyo TV remote (nose to nose so the clear bulbs on each remote are facing each other).
2 - Press the "TV" button on your Sharper Image remote (located in the upper left-hand corner).
3 - Hold the "LEARN" button on your Sharper Image remote (located in the left edge under the volume buttons) until the red light flashes.
4 - Press the key on your Sharper Image remote (e.g. Volume Up or +VOL)... the red light will go solid (indicating that it is waiting for a signal from the other (in your case Sanyo) remote.
5 - Press the key on your other remote (in your case the Sanyo remote) that you want programmed in your new Sharper Image remote... the red light will flash rapidly again.
6 - Repeat step #4 until you have programmed each key.
7 - When done... press the "LEARN" key on your Sharper Image remote. Your Sharper Image remote should be programmed to operate your device (in this case, your Sanyo TV).
NOTE: You can program other devices such as your VCR, DVD, VHS, SAT, CABLE, etc. and not just one device.

This worked for me. I had to scan down quite a few times but eventually my tv turned off and I set the code with the # button. It may work for you too and save you some money on a UR.

Scan For Device Codes
If the code for the device you are programming is not listed in the
user manual or on this site, try these steps to scan the remote
controls memory for device codes.
1) Turn the power on the device on
2)
Select and hold the mode button for which you are programming, such as
the TV button, on the remote until you see all the lights of the mode
buttons flash. Once you let go, that mode button that you chose should
now be blinking. When using the Aux mode button only use the number pad
to enter 0 for a second TV, 1 for a second VCR/DVD, 2 for a amplifier,
tuner, or cable box. Then press the STAR (*) button.
3) Press the power button on the Dish Network remote control.
4)
Repeatedly press the UP or DOWN button on the remote to scan for the
correct code (do this slowly so you do not skip over the right code for
your device). When the correct code is reached the device will turn off.
5) Press the POUND (#) button to store the code in the Dish Network remote.
6) Press the power button to turn the device back on and try using other buttons on the remote to make sure that they also work.
Sometimes the power button will work while others may not.
