I have the same problem with my camera. I contacted Moutrie about the problem and I was told that the capacitor for the flash is not charging. I asked for moutrie to send me the capacitor so that I could replace it, but they do not send out parts for cameras. If the camera was bough within the last year, it has a 1 year warranty and moutrie will fix the camera.

I'm not able to erase the internal memory on my moultree trail camera. When it asks if I want to erase the memory I answer yes and it eventually says redo. I went through the diagnostic test and it identified error code 000400. I no longer have my owners manual and was hoping to go online to find the solution. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
