Kitchenaid superba ksra22fkss00 side by side fridge. The freezer temperature too cold.

Even though the freezer thermistor passes the test, it's bad. The test only sees if the thermistor is open circuit or grounded. These thermistors can send bad information to board. Replace the freezer thermistor and I think that will solve your issue. Good Luck

Received 2 slice toaster (kitchenaid) as a gift - from the very 1st time it was used, only the outer coils would heat up, so only 1/2 of each slice ever gets toasted!!! Anyone who could help solve this...

I think it is set to cook bagels. Check the control settings.
Most toasters have a bagel setting which only cooks the
sliced side of the bagel. This model is designed to accept bagels. Hope this helps.

The freezer gets warm constantly and I must hit the tempature reset all the time how do i fix it Kitchenaid KSSC36FMS

HI, this unit is equipped with with a thermistor that runs to the control board. you may have some issue here. have the thermistor inspected.

The thermistor is the principal temp regulator that relays the temp information to the main board.

Right side stopped working (KPTT809)

I had the same problem with my Kitchenaid toaster which is 4 years old. I called Kitchenaid and they said that this model now has a 5 year warranty and they have replaced the toaster for a new one. What a fantastic company. Try giving them a call.

Kitchenaid Pro Line appliances do carry a 2-Year Hassle Free warranty with them. While I cannot provide an accurate description of why this problem occurred, there is a good chance they will be able to exchange it for you under the Pro Line Warranty. Please contact Kitchenaid Customer Service.

KitchenAide Toaster

Kitchenaid does not recommend repair on the toasters, as it is not cost effective for the consumer or company to engage in repair.

I would recommend calling Kitchenaid Customer Service. If the unit is within the 1 Year Warranty, they may replace it at no cost. If the unit is outside of warranty, they may provide discounts on the purchase of a new toaster.

Their toll-free telephone number is 1-800-541-6390.
