it is on the fender near the battery and is also referred to as the starter solenoid (if you follow the large wire from the positive terminal of the battery at the other end will be your relay/solenoid)

its the tube going from the egr valve to your exhaust it have carbon build up and you either have to replace it or get a metal coat hanger and clean it out.
