How can I hook up my insignia lcd tv model ns-32lb451a11 to dish network with dish remote?

To whom it may concern,

Assuming that you mean to "hook up" your tv to your dish services, you mean that you'd like your remote to be capable of controlling your tv.. then here are the instructions. Otherwise provide more information.

1.) Point the remote towards the desired device you'd like to control.

2.) Press and hold the "tv" button at the top right hand side of your remote until all the top buttons begin flashing red.

3.) Press the small red power button at the top of the remote one time.

4.) Slowly and repeatedly press the down key on the directional pad until your device powers off.

5.) Once the device powers down, at the bottom right hand side of the remote underneath the keypad.. press the # key.
The "tv" button will flash red three times, and then your remote is linked to the box.
