SOURCE: battery not chaging, light flashs 4 amber and 1 blue.
You have had a flat battery for a long time hence the cells tend to be dead. Make sure the power adapting is remitting the right voltage with the use of a multimeter set to dc voltage at 20V. Most power adapters are within the range of 13 and 19.5V, so 20V dc should be selected for a correct reading ok. Having comfirmed that to be ok, you should just power off your pc and have it connected to a power outlet for a least 2hours. If there is still no sign of battery life, then it should be changed as it might have exceeded its life span. Most of such batteries have an average life span of 5 years depending on use though. Good luck

SOURCE: Bluedio T9 Bluetooth won't charge
Well... I've got the n65, and this is the third time I've gone to charge it. Solid red, won't turn on no matter how long its been plugged in, can't find the manual, this fixya page is the best result online...so my solution is to stop by the local cell-phone accessory shop to buy something new.*

SOURCE: won't move lite on battery fully charged
I had this problem with the Cosco 4 wheel scooter. It turned out that one of the primary power lines under the shroud (back housing cover) was loose. It was not disconnected -- just loose. Apparently the loose connection would support enough current flow for the diagnostic circuit, but not enough to move the scooter (similar to using too small of a wire gauge in its effect). Once the power cable connector was tightened down so that the cable would not rotate on the connector, everything worked correctly.
The same symptoms could also be caused by a faulty power cable. If you have access to a multimeter, test the resistance along each cable path. If a path has an unusually high resistance, compared to the others, start to look for problems there.
