We have a lucent partner 6 phone system. I do not have instructions to change the main greeting for our customers. It still has labor day from a year ago. We cannot find the instructions on how to do this

What happens when you dial 777 on the intercom? If you get Partner mail, then it's a start. Now you just need to find out which one and the admin password. Normally it's 99 for admin access and the password is defaulted to 4321.
You need to press 0 at the voicemaillogin prompt. If you dont have a button programmed you can dial Intercom-7-7-7. If the system is configured properly you will get the login prompt. You can then dial 0# for the admin login. The default password is 1234#
