it could have hot gas refrigeration lines in it. drill a small hole and poke around untill your sure, then drill the size you need.

dear sir,
please make sure first your freerzer,s condesore is clean and fan motor and compressor is running. if its alredy clean and working then try to check amount of refrigarant in your freezer. i think its need to refill freon gas.

Sounds like a bad freezer fan motor .(in the freezer section)

Did you solve this problem? We're having the same problem on our GE same model, but no turbo cool option.

The GE Profile is a complex but efficient refrigerator. We will need to check a few things like the evaporator, defrost element, defrost thermostat and the mother board. Let me know if you want me to go through this with you, Thanks, Sea Breeze

maybe thats why they sold it??? you could try changing the ther,ostat to see if that dosent help

You may need to check to make sure the drain pan below the fridge is emptied and cleaned out. another thing to do is clean off any cooling fins under or behind the fridge.

Another thing is do you hear the fan running at all? One time I found a plastic sack caught into the fan, and that burnt it out.

If nothing else, you might need to see if the compressor is working correctly.
