I need a brake arm of blade

We have a 52" Aloha Breeze fan that stopped working this evening - fan and light. The remote control was burning up - after reading the other posts I hate to see what else is burning! Sounds like it would be safer to buy a new, reputable fan than spend more money on replacement parts.

1. yes, with the proper rod, longer wires(3,4) and the blades must be over 2.5 metres (8 foot) above the floor.2. you need the proper type box; the mount/s and ball; the longer wires (3,4)with slender but connertors; and especially the safety pins, etc. with the proper rod, the fan will hang straight. and about 3 chock hours to do this here task. hope this helps.
