You need to repair the operating system, with booting from Windows installation disc.

After a lot of research and many attempts to unlock my Dell Laptop with bios password, while talking to Dell Support, I finally found this website www.biosunlock.com

You need to contact Dell to get the Master Password for the BIOS. Just make sure you have your laptop with you when you call as they will ask some information/codes from it before they provide the master password.

There are 3 mini 10 models sold by Dell. The Inspiron 1010 (Mini 10), Insprion 1012 (Mini 10) and the Insprion 1018 (Mini 10v). Depending on which model you have, you can try to connect an external monitor and see if you get a display. The 1012 and the 1018 have a 15 pin VGA plug on the left side of the laptop and the 1010 has an HDMI jack for video. If you get a display then your LCD display is bad and needs to be replaced.
