Question about Canon FS100 Flash Media Camcorder

Serial numbre installing ImageMixer for Canon HF-10

I have a Canon HF-10 and installing ImageMixer 3SE, it doesn't acept the serial number (Is a 12 digit number beggining with 7636)
The solutions of other posts doesn't work

I have a problem with my cannon fs100, I am looking for the serial number and it's not any where near, under or over the battery. Please help?

After using the serial number under the batteri the problem was solved for me.

You can download some software for the Vixia HF R100 here: https://www.usa.canon.com/internet/portal/us/home/support/details/camcorders/support-high-definition-camcorders/vixia-hf-r100 . However, ImageMixer 3 SE is third-party software that is only available on the driver disc that came with the camera. Some companies will send you a replacement disc for a small fee. You'll need to contact Canon support, https://www.usa.canon.com/internet/portal/us/home/support/ , to ask if they have discs available.

ImageMixer 3 SE is available here: http://www.pixela.co.jp/oem/canon/e/imagemixer3_se_canon/ . However, this is only for updating the software on a computer that already has the program installed.

Where is the serial number located? It asks for it when installing the software and I don't see it anywhere. How can you expect the consumer to find it?

Check around the battery compartment.
Should be 12 digits.

I'm trying to install pixela on my computer and it needs my canon hf r100 serial number. where's the number located?

It is on the bottom of the Camcorder, just leave off the letters. Put in numbers only.

Imagemixer 3 disc wont accept camera serial number.

Try entering only the numbers and not the letters at the end. I called the support line and they told me this. It worked for me...hopefully, it will work for you. Otherwise, call them at 1-800-458-4029.

I can't find an imagemixer se3 manual.

When you are typing in the serial number, ignore the last two letters. Type only the digits.

Are you running klite? Haali media splitter is incompatible with ImageMixer.
Go to Klite Config Manage Spliiters and turn Haali off for anything with TS in it.

Where is the serial number on the CAMCORDER FS200

Problem solved by local canon agents. Thanks. The serial no. was on the packing box preceded by a <21>. no mention was made that it was a serial no.

On my canon FS200 for the imagemixer i enter the serial number and it says its wrong im not sure if im entering it in the right way or the wrong way help me.

I had a hard time finding it too. Finally figured out that its the 12 digit number written:
XXXX
XXXX
XXXX
on the tag that stuck to the battery door

I found another serial number under the batteri, and then it worked out fine.

Need a certification code

The serial number is 12 digits on my Canon FS300A. There is a "YC" after the 12 digits, and it would not activate until I removed the two characters. Hope this helps.

It will only display a black screen on picture and video mode, but displays pre-recorded videos and images just fine. We did not ever let it get near water, or be dropped since we got it. We got it from eBay used for $ 50.00 and worked for months until now. Please Help!
