One of the many issues regarding android devices is the unresponsive or not working touch screen. You can follow these simple tips to hopefully fix that problem.
1. Restart your device. This will allow your device to reboot and get rid of the applications that might be the cause of the problem.
2. Check the remaining memory capacity. If your remaining capacity is low, the tendency is for the device to lag and become unresponsive. If this is the case, try to add more space to your memory by deleting unnecessary apps and files.
3. Just let it rest for a few minutes. For more information on how to fix this problem, you can go to the link below:

Suggest to first try logging into Facebook using the browser on your tablet instead of the facebook app. If that display is normal in size ... it's probably easiest to
(1) uninstall the Facebook App (Control/Settings/Apps);
(2) reboot the Tablet;
(3) Restart the Tablet and Go to the Google Playstore ...reinstall the Facebook app.
You have to go to app store. Either Amazon Google plus. Depend on format of your tablet. Is it Android, Windows? Either one has an app store. Some apps may even work for both. Not too many however. Hope this helps.
It may be that an App that you have downloaded is causing this issue. Please uninstall if not necessary. You can also reset the tablet back to original factory settings, which will erase all of your personal data, photos, downloaded Apps, etc., but will also speed it up and stop it from freezing. Please see above for how to perform a factory data reset.
Please also download the ES Task Manager from the Google Play Store. It's free, and with the tap of a button, will close all Apps running in the background, and also clear the cache. You can run this App anytime without losing any data.
please describe the issue. Is it not downloading the apps like the download bar is getting stuck or do you get an error message. Please be as descriptive as possible.
Delete all cookies and cache from browsers and via the system settings. re-boot and try again :-) If this happened after installing an app, un-install that app.
app is not downloading properly or not installing properly. Does you device meet all the requirements for this app? Can you plug your device into a computer to check if the app downloaded at all? What is the file size compared to where you got the app from?
I have updated all of the software on my tablet. I then got "go
launcher" and updated it. The browser does not work so I got a new one.
It seems to be doing Ok as far as the rebooting problem. I cant use the
android market app that comes with this tablet. It crashes the app when I
open it. I had to go to amazon apps. That works. I don't know why the
launcher and app market and the browser that comes installed on this
tablet will not work on this tablet.
