Question about DeLonghi Magnifica Coffee Makers & Espresso Machines
I have Delonghi EAM3200. It has worked great for +10 years (replaced the heater ~3 years ago) but recently the grinder started running for very short period (~4 sec) even when grind knob is set at max. Any idea what is wrong? I checked the pots on the control board (board on the front with the LED and buttons) and they are working (least they seem to be within the expected tolerances for that type of potentiometer). Is this a Power board issue (board in the back) or is there something else that controls/meters this?
We had excactly the same problem a couple of times recently with a lot of troubleshooting, like adjsusting grinder, reseting the to factory settings, and many more and we end up that it was a problem with pcb control board which lost the preset timing of grinding thus the coffee grinding where about 3-4 sec and the correct one shold be about 8-9 sec. We have here one side which have the control board for your reference.
