Correct the date settings on the Touchmate Mini Shuffle and try reconnecting to PC. This should detect the Touchmate Mini Shuffle

I would try realplayer.

There are no particular drivers for any USB devices . They are all Plug and Play devices and will be automatically detected unless faulty or if you are using an older version of Windows ( 98 / 95 etc.).
XP /Vista / 7 will detect your device automatically. Try it on some other USB port on the back of the computer instead of the front ( where usually people tend to connect portable devices ) if its a desktop PC.

Install the Windows driver included in the product package before connecting your Sylvania MP3 player. Insert the included driver CD into your CD-ROM drive and run the setup file if it does not load automatically. This driver makes sure your computer can recognize and operate the Sylvania MP3 player.

2 Insert one end of the USB cable into the USB port on the Sylvania MP3 player.

3 Insert the other end of the same USB cable into the USB port on the computer.

4 Wait for the computer to recognize the Sylvania MP3 player as a connected device. Open your file manager or browser to locate the Sylvania MP3 player as a drive or connected device if your computer does not prompt you automatically.

5 Open the file folder containing the MP3 or WMA digital music files you wish to download to your Sylvania MP3 player.

6 Drag and drop the file or folder icons of your desired digital music onto the Sylvania MP3 player device icon. Drag and drop the digital music into open folders within the Sylvania MP3 player device icon as well.

I have a Sylvania mp3 4gb video player. i am having trouble to putting music because my mo3 was corrupted. what can i do to solve my problem? my mp3 cannot read on computer that's why i can't put music or video on my mp3.. guys i hope that you can answer my questions. thanks.

First, try another USB cable. Cheap players often come with broken cords. If it still won't work send it back, it's broken.

download AVS Video Converter 6and convert the movie into a VP6 Flash Video (.flv) and it should work.

well if u got the touch screen sylvania mp3 player (4gb) it tells u in the instruction manual to turn on the mp3 player go to settings and then system and then go to touch calibration ur suppose to do that thing with the crosses 3 times... like it shows u three arrows that u have to touch with the touch screen pen... your suppose to do that before using the mp3 player at all.... but whut im having troubles with is how to put games on to it......?????.......
