First I will put the problem straight to you, which is that your television is not connected to the Satellite source you have, be it local satellite or decoder.
1. You need to check first the connection to any antenna source or decoder.
2. Go check the direction of the antenna or decoder, trace the wires for any breakage (if any see to it that its properly corrected and taped),
3. and see to it that all plug ins are properly connected i.e. RF connector,
4. check to see that the decoder is properly connected to a power supply and turned on.
5. Turn on your tv, go to your auto tune and search again or you can do a manual search.
After that, it should work perfectly once again.

TV programs can only be viewed when an external antenna or Satellite dish is connected to the TV. If the channel icon is greyed out and you cannot tune the channels press the TV/DTV button on the remote control unit the icon is not greyed out and tuning is possible.

in every remote there is a button that leads u to the digital setup. you have 2 options in it. manual or automatic. go for automatic. rest is done automatically. good luck!
