The Jabra A7010 Bluetooth Hub is supposed to work with the Phonak iCOM Sound Pilot. It should work with my hearing aid. I believe I have them paired but I can't pick up a dial tone. You'll need to check the Phonak Link's manual in how to start "pairing mode". This set the link to broadcastinging that it's a bluetooth device.
Next go into you TV settings and find connections or Bluetooth settings and "add device" or "pair device" (or something similar).
You should see the "ID" for the link come up.
Select "Pair device" or "OK" or whatever to confirm you want it paired.

Follow these steps: Open Settings > Bluetooth > Turn it on > Open and close the battery doors > Wait some seconds > Tap on the screen of your Iphone where it shows Phonak (model) > Tap Pair if promped.
You would need to put your Compilot into pairing mode (see step 1 and 2 in the guide posted below. Ignore steps 3 -5) and then open system preferences on your Mac. In there you'll find a Bluetooth preferences pane and it will show you the compilot ready for pairing. It's pretty self-explanatory at this point.
pres the power buton on the phonak and hold stil till the light start changing colours then pair the device then if the ask u any pin in put 0000 zeros that is the default code
The actual problem was Plantronics, I was not turning on pairing mode. I was confused with quick pair which starts not immediately after turning on, but you need to hold the button longer until led will start blinking blue and red.
