Slowing loading game. I receive no lives from friends that I know sends them, nor keys or tickets. Or mine to them. Think I've been on 376 long enough.

It is a reader only cannot use as computer .

hopefully your play is synced to your FB account open game on facebook if it shows correct level then game on phone is not connecting to your facebook account reconnect it under user settings.

if it shows level 1 on FB also yer dead and have to start over ...booo

mine did this, i tried everything i thought. finally one of the geek squad guys told me to reboot my tablet. under settings you can reset everything back to factory settings. i uninstalled Facebook reinstalled it. but after i reset it back to factory setting it works like brand new. fast as ever. i lost all my data i had, so you may want to send it to another devise but this worked great for me. hope it helps.

Try deleting the App and re-installing it. Your account and games will still be there, it will just refresh your game.

This is well known issue with lot of complaints.
You can try these:
- Kill the Candy Crush app from the "Settings/App" menu
- Clear the Candy Crush app cache
- Turn OFF all network connections (WiFi and mobile network)
- Restart Candy Crush

did you get a service ticket number who is 'they'
your detail is week
and you sound like a startled deer...

i think perhaps you need to start to gather details

and take a few steps back and chill out

I have had the same issue on my sons ebook tablet with Clash of the Titans too. Have you tried it on a Computer? It seemed to have the same issue with mine so i sent Facebook a request to fix this and they denied having any issues with the scamble or clash etc. Im afraid it is something they prob are working on so it would be good for you and any friends to send them a help ticket. I will follow your post and if I get any fixes or info ill post it as a follow up.,

If this only is a problem with this particular game, you could go to the developer's web site (link in App Store) and ask what this means.
You could try to restart (or even reset: Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button simultaneously for 10+ seconds, this will cause a reset) first. Also update iOS and apps to latest version.

Step one, download advanced task killer. It works great. When down loaded set the security level in the app to "low", the kill level to "aggressive", and the app kill rate to "whenever screen is off". reset your Kindle. (turn completely off, then back on) Try using your games again if that doesnt work then u might reinstall a game or two and see if that makes a difference. My fire did the same thing to me. Alot of time apps will run in the background and eat all of the RAM (memory) up and when you try to run games there isnt enough to do so. I had the same problem trying to play jetpack joy ride
